Jim and Henry,

 

Henry asked that I email the economic impact that Pizza Hut would have at this location near 29^th & California Ave. 

 

Here is what I have been told:

 

Pizza Hut’s original budget for the project was $1.4M, but that was approved about a year ago.  At least $1.7M at this point on the cost side. 

$1.3M was PH’s annual sales estimate.  PH thinks $1.5M in sales is reasonable.  Based on those numbers and sales tax at 9.15%, estimated sales tax would be approximately $137,250 annually.
